We had a #blue #lats and a #green #slwc with #castshoe and I had the pleasure to wear a #red #lac with #palmUp position and a #sling, which was in summary super restrictive. We went out a lot and were an eye-catcher for many people.

An exciting #CastFest in Berlin with Xandircaster. I spent some amazing days in a #green #slc with #crutches in Germany’s capital and did lots of publicking, including a journey in public train transport. It was an exciting weekend and many thanks to my casting buddy for his great hospitality!

Two caster, three casts! Hamburg got a visit from a fellow caster and we spent a funny #CastFest weekend with lots of cast! The year 2017 starts with a broken leg in a #green cast! What a great beginning… Its winter, it has snown and I go out for a walk in this #slwc.
