2015-09 llc
After an achilles tendon rupture I got his heavy restrictive full leg cast with 90 degree angle in my knee and pointing down foot. It was heavy to walk with since I couldn’t even touch the ground with my toes. I had to hop around on #crutches all the time! I chose signal #red as color for this #fibercast #llc to publick together with a fellow caster in southern Germany as #AccidentalTourist for a long weekend.

Our little #CastFest in northern Germany with a couple of #legcast and #crutches. I got a really tight #green #slwc with that hot de-tacheable #walkingheel type #Helmü. Our great threesome was super exciting! What a magic #fibercast triangle made of 2 #llc and one #slwc

The CastCamp FAQ – 2022
Good news, my friends of rigid bandages! We set the date for the next Cast Camp in 2022! We hope, this gives you enough time to adjust your planning and the world to get mostly rid of the pandemic. So if everything goes well, we shall go to mid Denmark to the west coast of the North Sea and the region is called Blåvand. Start date is 19 Mar 2022!

2016-04 slc – CastFest
Broke my leg, visited a friend and had lots of fun for a long weekend! I had to use #crutches all the time and was not allowed to put any weight on my casted leg during our twosome #CastFest. Only my toes stuck out of the red #fibercast #slc and I covered them with a white sock against the cold.

2020-02 minerva – CastCamp
My #red #minerva cast during our #CastCamp in Denmark. Was my second neck and torso cast ever and it was again really amazing in this restrictive cast. Had problems with eating and even drinking! But it was a really exciting adventure.
